WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

I am committed to the satisfaction of my collectors.  That’s why once you have received an original artwork, you have seven (7) days to decide whether or not it works for you in your space.  If you decide to return the piece, it must be shipped back to me in its original condition and original packaging, insured for its full value, shipping to be paid by the buyer. Contact me at cynde_christie@yahoo.com, or use the contact form to let me know that you are returning your artwork. I will answer any questions you have.

SHIPPING POLICY

Most orders are shipped via USPS within 3 business days of your order. Please allow 3-10 business days
for delivery. We make every attempt to deliver your product as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery time. Overseas orders may take longer, depending on COVID-related delays. 
To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. During the holidays, please place your order at least one week prior to ensure timely delivery.
Required Signature
Deliveries to residential addresses typically do not require a signature, however, in the event that one is required and no one is available to sign, a note will be left noting the attempted delivery. After three attempts to deliver, the package will be returned to Cynde Christie.
Email Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email informing you of your package being shipped.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY PAINTING?

Paintings that are framed under glass require no special care. Oil on canvas paintings may be dusted with a dry, soft cloth. 

HOW CAN I SEE MORE OF YOUR WORK?

You can view my work on the websites of galleries that represent me.  Add yourself to my email list to stay updated on new work.  Or email me and let me know what you are looking for and I can see if I have something suitable in my inventory or arrange a commission piece.

DO YOU HANDLE COMMISSIONS? 

I can create a piece for you on a commission basis.  Contact me to discuss the details. 

DO YOU SELL INTERNATIONALLY?

I am currently able to sell and ship to most countries. Packing and shipping costs will be added at checkout. Locations outside the U.S. we may need to contact you with information about shipping costs or methods.
Orders that are shipped to countries outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs tariffs, and fees levied by the destination country or the shipping company. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and will be billed by the delivery company in order for customer to take possession of the package. We have no control over these charges and are unable to estimate them. Tariffs and taxes are neither collected nor included in your price calculation at the time of your order. For an estimate of these fees, which vary by region, contact the customs office in your area.
